I Probably Should Have Gone to Therapy is my first publication of poetry. This collection is mostly free verse, contemporary poetry that is what I like to call "Conversational Poetry", whether that conversation is being held between two people, with yourself, to an unknown listener, or a hypothetical conversation you wished you had.I Probably Should Have Gone to Therapy explores the thoughts we overthink, the conversations we never had, and the feelings we may not know how to name. In this collection, readers will get a peek into my most honest, unfiltered thoughts and hopefully learn that even during our darkest days and hardest moments, we are never truly alone. Be prepared to feel deeply, reflect, and find comfort and hope that good time are still to come.
